Safety Measures for Therapists

Ensuring the safety of our therapists is a top priority for Muscle Mama's Mobile Massage Therapy. The following protocols are in place to protect the therapist during home visits:

• Client Verification: All clients must complete a detailed intake form, including valid identification and contact information, before their first appointment.

• Appointment Tracking: All appointments are logged and tracked with GPS-enabled scheduling software to ensure the therapist's location is known.

• Emergency Protocols: Therapists carry a mobile phone at all times and have access to an emergency contact system.

• Code Words: A discreet code system is in place for therapists to signal distress to a designated support team.

• Pre-Screening: New clients are subject to pre-screening calls or consultations to establish rapport and assess the safety of the environment.
   

Right to Refuse Service: Therapists reserve the right to refuse service if they feel unsafe or uncomfortable at any location.
