Cancellation Policy

To ensure smooth operations and respect for both the therapist's and clients' time, Muscle Mama's Mobile Massage Therapy has implemented the following cancellation policy:

• 24-Hour Notice: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.

• Not at Home: Clients who are not at home for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full cost of the service.
   

Emergencies: Exceptions may be made for emergencies at the discretion of the therapist.
